The New Year’s Ballroom Party will be held at the competition hall at DGI-byen (Idrætshuset).

The doors will open at 5:45 pm and after registration you will be offered a welcome drink.

At approx. 7 pm the dinner will be served.

If all goes according to plan, we should be heading for the dance floor at approx. 9 pm, where our DJ will heat up the music for the dancing.

At approx. 10 pm we will serve coffee, tea and homemade cakes.

At midnight we will count down for the New Year and enjoy a glass of “bubbles” served along with Almond-cakes, which is a Danish tradition to eat when the clock strikes midnight. After a short look at fireworks, the music and dance will continue and keep on until 3 am where the ball is closing.

During the time from 9 pm – 3 am our bar will be open.

Our bar will be open during the ball.

You will be able to purchase:

  • Different kind of soft drinks
  • Beers
  • Red/White wine
  • Spirits – Gin, Rum, Vodka, Campari mixed with soft drinks

We kindly ask you not to bring drinks from outside, but purchase at our very reasonable priced bar.

You can pay in cash (Euro or Danish kroner) and we accept VISA and MasterCard.
